Andy Brooks is a C level executive, a strong strategic leader, relationship builder, and communicator with international experience. He has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in financial, business and operational roles in various industries including, industrial construction in oil and gas; engineering; residential and commercial construction; and banking.
Prior to joining WATT, Andy was Chief Executive Officer at Flint Transfield Services (FTS) and a Partner at Envision Group. He was also the Chief Financial Officer at FTS as well as a Vice President Business Operations at Flint Energy, responsible for leading all business functions and initiatives while driving long term growth and sustained profitability.
Andy is the Chairman for the Rotary Challenger Park “Centre for All Abilities” capital campaign and a board director with the Calgary Drug Treatment Court. He is a former Board member with the Petroleum Services Association, and a member of the Canadian Energy Executives Association.
Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Management Accountant, CMA in Canada and a Certified Practicing Accountant, CPA in Australia. He is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, nearing completion of the ICD designation and has an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell.
